  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:

    - Administrative Processing Fee: $4 
    - Pest Control and Trash: $4 per room
    - Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
    - Electric: Based on usage. Residents will need to create an account with Austin Energy
    - Parking: If applicable, $75-$150
  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We're thrilled to hear that you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications. If the residents are unable to meet our criteria, a cosigner (guarantor) may co-sign the lease.

    After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. To make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements. If you want to review the full requirements before applying or learn more about the cosigner (guarantor) process, please contact the leasing office for more information.
  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing Regents West at 26th as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in.

    Action items include:
    - Setting up your resident portal account
    - Paying move-in fees and deposits
    - Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    - Setting up your move-in appointment

    We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move as smooth and easy as possible.
  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to Regents West at 26th!

    Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. We will set up a move-in appointment and elevator reservation, and go over where to park your moving truck.

    On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thanks for your question!

    Residents may lease a reserved parking space in our parking garage for $75-$150 per month.

    We do not have designated spaces in our garage for guests, but there is ample street parking guests can use.
  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    USPS delivers mail to our office. The team then places items inside your mailbox or the parcel boxes. Any oversized items are kept in the office to be picked up at your convenience. FedEx, Amazon, and UPS deliver directly to residents' doors.
  • Does Regents West at 26th offer furnished apartments?

    Yes, we can provide furnishings for your apartment home. Please contact the leasing team if you are interested in this.
  • What's Regents West at 24th's pet policy?

    We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.

    All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.
